I am a photographer, journalist, author and chef consultant. Whether behind my camera or typing at my computer I’m never very far from a kitchen – whether it’s my own when I am recipe testing, that of a far flung chef I’m interviewing for my next book or on location in the French countryside for editorial work.
When I photograph and write I love to capture the the flavour, colour and moment of all things food, but I’m also drawn to textiles and portraits. I work for a variety of editorial as well as various cookbook publishers in the USA and Europe. I consult for restaurants and a variety of culinary projects in France. I’m based in Paris.
